the spirit of the season...

Well, I decided that because we are leaving Munich in a few weeks to head home for Christmas, we would begin the Silly Season a little early this year... and why not I say because you have to make the most of these things with the kids while you can and while they will still indulge you!

So last weekend we got out the Christmas decos and started to get silly....

I love this time of year, love Christmas and I love getting the house all sparkly with fairly lights. I think this could quite possibly be the best part about living on this side of the world...its cold so you have to have a nice cosy & warm home, softly lit with candles and fairy lights. Its dark by around 4.30pm so you can get cosy nice and early AND its already started snowing here... a white Christmas...hmmm, time to put some lovely old Christmas music on....''Sleigh bells ring, are you listening, in the lane snow is glistening, a beautiful sight, we're happy tonight, walking in a winter wonderland...''
