weekend snippet

A bit of baking...vanilla muffins & zucchini slice plus more boxes and joy oh joy I have unpacked my beloved le creuset, not to mention my collection of well loved chopping boards!! Yay, I am loving having my 'stuff' back : )

Getting there...

Getting there, slowly but surely...box by box.

I'm enjoying finding a new home for everything and keeping as much 'stuff' (ie: 'no-longer-needed-due-to-my-newish-desire-to-be-clutter-free' take on life) in boxes. This is my opportunity to have a really good spring clean, go through everything - wardrobes, kitchen (where on earth did all this tupperware come from), linen cupboard - out with the clutter!  But now...where to put these boxes of clutter is the question! I'm not totally ready to part with some of it - what if one day I need something from one of these boxes...hmmm...time to build a garden shed!!

Back in limbo land today. Our rented furniture has just been taken away. And now we await the arrival of our shipping container tomorrow. Two big days ahead. Two days to unload the container. 300 boxes. New adventure to begin. Excited. Much. Can't wait to have our 'stuff' back. I've missed it so!

01 February 2011

hello February and hello four months to go...

A big hello to February!

So much to look forward to, I'm sure spring is just around the corner, surely...

Spring in our apartment's shared garden last year

I can't believe we have just clocked up another month - where on earth did January go? Emma and Sean were so excited to turn the page on the calendar this morning...that means only four months now until we move home! Excited? Much? VERY!!

I also wanted to share with you something that I'm L O V I N G today...

Enjoy!

And...I'm looking forward to linking up with Sarah at Modern Country Style for her English Garden Party...just what I need to help get me through to the end of winter!
