puppy school

This cute little bundle of fluff is going to puppy school tonight (Ollie the puppy not my boy, haha) and not soon enough, he is sooooo naughty! He absolutely loves people, but he loves them just that little bit too much - in a biting, jumping up and licking you to death kind of way. And don't even start me on toilet training, it's all one step forward three steps back!

I'm looking forward to puppy school, let me tell you!

a birthday boy, his sister, their little cousin and a school fete

 

 A big day for the birthday boy. At cricket at 8am, school fete from 11am until 3pm and then home for birthday cake with our special visitors, including little cousin Issy (her first school fete, I think she was pretty impressed!). His favourite Thai takeaway for dinner and still going strong at 9.30pm watching Saturday night footy on the lounge with his dad and sister. Way to go my little man. A good day : )

looking forward, looking back

My gorgeous two when we first arrived in Munich mid way through 2008 and my oh my how they have grown...the second pic taken just a few weeks before we left in June this year.

Wow, wow, wow! 

Where on earth did that time go?  

And how did they grow up so quickly?

 Just a reminder to me to slow down and smell the roses (as they say) and enjoy every minute of their childhood that disappears so quickly. I think my nostalgic mood has been brought about by the fact that my little man celebrates his 10th birthday tomorrow.

10 years on, little mate and I love you more and more every day...
